SHIPPING POLICY

We ship fast and discreetly. We process the orders in a daily basis. Your order might be shipped on the next business day or even on the same day of receiving cleared payment. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, usually via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation.

For domestic orders, it will usually take additional 3 to 5 business days for a package to be delivered and 6 to 15 days for international orders. We can offer two day delivery and overnight delivery in some cases. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

For international orders please check with your country's customs office to determine what import duties and taxes will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We maintain your privacy with discreet packaging and discreet billing services. There is no indication on the outside of the box to indicate what is inside.

RETURNS POLICY

GUARANTEE AND EXCHANGES

We know you'll love your items, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, you can exchange it for another item or return it FREE of charge for a store credit.

We accept returns up to 60 days** after receiving the item. Shipping returns will be on customers own expense. We accept no responsibility for lost returns therefore we recommend that your returns to be mailed to us via registered mail.

We are required to charge a 15% restocking fee for each item returned for a refund. Items exchanged for another item are not charged a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the item is shipped as new and is defective or damaged upon receipt, the buyer should report the defect/damage to you within 14 days of receipt and make return arrangements. Buyer can choose from an exchange or refund. Money back is for defective items only. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of a presumably faulty item. This charges may be refunded after we received the product and confirm is defective.


WARRANTY

If the item becomes defective more than 30 days after shipment we will assist the buyer in pursuing a warranty claim.

All our products are checked for quality before being shipped from the warehouse. However, sometimes faults develop which couldn't be detected before, and we will allow you to return the product to the manufacturer for testing and a free repair. The warranty exactly lasts for 12 months** from the day you have received the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be returned with all the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories by a shipping method that is insured and has tracking.

Note: A defective item is not:
~ An item physically damaged or broken products by misuse or mishandling
~ Returns of your unwanted, functional products
~ Products bought by mistake
